Deadpool 3 Hit with major Setbacks & Problems on Day 1 of Production

The beginning of production on Deadpool 3 has resulted in a setback for the movie because Ryan Reynolds will not be able to improvise any of his lines as Wade Wilson in the new film. Reynolds has appeared in both of the movies that have been made about Deadpool up until this point, and he will be joined in the third and final installment of the trilogy by a large number of other talented actors. The cast of Deadpool 3 features both returning actors from the character's first two movies as well as new characters who will make their debut in Deadpool's first adventure set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Hugh Jackman will reprise his role as Wolverine. Although it is likely that Reynolds would enjoy coming up with clever quips about Deadpool joining the MCU while production is underway, he is not permitted to do so legally.

Collider has reported that the beginning of filming for Deadpool 3 takes place during a strike by the Writers Guild of America, which has a significant impact on the movie. It had been previously stated that filming for Deadpool 3 would begin on May 1. Even though that did not occur, perhaps as a result of Marvel Studios hiring writer Zeb Wells to polish Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick's script or simply because the reported filming start date was incorrect.
