Pedro Pascal CONFIRMD for Fantastic Four

The SAG-AFTRA Foundation Career Retrospective was held in Los Angeles on February 6. Pedro Pascal was there, and the union confirmed that he "will soon begin production" on Fantastic Four.

It has been months of rumors, but this is the first confirmed actor for the Fantastic Four group. For a long time, it was said that the Mandalorian star was the top choice to play Reed Richards, aka Mr. Fantastic.

After Pascal was offered the part by Marvel in November of last year, Deadline reported that talks were "headed in the right direction," but nothing was official yet.

But SAG-AFTRA's listing changed everything: "Pascal recently wrapped production on Ridley Scott's highly anticipated Gladiator 2 and will soon begin production on Marvel Studios' Fantastic Four."
