Insomniac Confirms Wolverine Is Set in the Same Universe as Spider-Man

Fans have been wondering if Insomniac's upcoming Wolverine game for PlayStation is set in the same universe as Spider-Man 2 ever since the company first revealed that it was developing the game. A "1048" nod in the original teaser hasn't helped to quell a lot of speculation that they're all together, but other than that, there hasn't been any official word.

However, Spider-Man 2 director Bryan Intihar stated in an interview with Kinda Funny that the two games are set in the same universe.

"They're all 1048," Intihar said, then added, laughing. "I think I got that right."
