Blade Actor Frustrated & Unhappy over Blade Script & MCU Plans

Mahershala Ali, who is set to star in Blade, is dissatisfied with the slow progress being made on his standalone MCU film, according to Jeff Sneider of The Ankler.

The same tweet also revealed that Ali is dissatisfied with the state of Blade's production, which is scheduled for release on November 3, 2023. This comes along with information suggesting that Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige is overworked and the Director recently quit the project.

"I’m told that the current BLADE script is roughly 90 pages and features exactly TWO (lackluster) action sequences. Mahershala said to be very frustrated with the process. Feige said to be spread too thin. But hey, that’s just what sources are telling me. Don’t shoot the messenger"
