GODZILLA x KONG 2 Plot Leaked

Since 2014, Gareth Edwards' Godzilla has led the MonsterVerse franchise to over $2.5 billion in global box office revenue. Jordan Vogt-Roberts directed Kong: Skull Island before Michael Dougherty's Godzilla: King of Monsters. The Adam Wingard Godzilla vs. Kong crossover was finally complete. The director returned for Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, but Grant Sputore will direct the next chapter.

A new leak from High on Cinema (via SFFGazette.com) claims to reveal the entire plot of the Godzilla x Kong sequel.

The biggest reveals? Godzilla will turn evil again, "zombie" Titans will appear, and Mothra will return after her surprise appearance in The New Empire. The idea of Godzilla fighting mechanized Titans in the Roman Colosseum is most intriguing.

Godzilla Becomes Enemy? Godzilla will be the main antagonist this time, a major twist. His anger at humanity's interference in nature leads to a Titan-military war.

Rise of "Zombie" Titans and Shimo's Cameo The Titan Shimo will briefly appear but be defeated by advanced anti-Titan weapons. Mechanized reanimated Titans (including Skull Crawlers) will attack Kong and Godzilla, increasing tensions.

Godzilla wants war, but Kong is conflicted. He initially shares Godzilla's anger but debates whether to live with humans or reject them. One of the film's highlights is Kong's city fight with the military.


Roman Colosseum Battle – The military and their mechanized Titans attack Godzilla in the Colosseum, destroying the city.

Mothra Returns is a dramatic return, clashing briefly with Godzilla and Kong. Unlike them, she defends humanity and convinces them they are worth protecting.

By the end of the film, humanity realizes it must coexist with the Titans rather than control them to restore Earth's balance.
