Karl Urban shares Johnny Cage Reveal for Mortal Kombat 2
Todd Garner, the producer of Mortal Kombat 2, recently said that filming for the upcoming sequel was complete. Now, a new Instagram picture from star Karl Urban confirms that he has filmed his last scene as Johnny Cage.
Urban has blonde streaks in some shots, but they don't look as noticeable here. The actor who played The Boys and Star Trek doesn't seem to be fully dressed as the beloved MK character, but we can probably expect Cage to have the same clean-shaven look and hairstyle.
Cole Young, played by Lewis Tan, told his fellow fighters at the end of the first movie that he knew someone "out in LA" who could help them in the upcoming rematch against the Outworld forces. This set up the cocky Hollywood actor turned brave freedom fighter's first appearance.
There have been some pretty telling behind-the-scenes photos shared by Garner, but we haven't seen an official still yet, and the producer recently made it clear that there won't be a trailer for a while.
