Spider-Man 4 Will Feature Never Before Seen Villain
A fourth Spider-Man movie is probably being made by Sony Pictures, but we still don't have an official word on it. The planning stages are said to be very early, and the movie won't go into production until 2025.
Still, online theories have started to spread, and one recent story said that Drew Goddard is being considered to take over as director from Jon Watts.
No surprise, Jeff Sneider says in his most recent newsletter that the companies are very busy trying to find a director for the movie. However, he has heard that Goddard will not be the right person for the job.
Parker and MJ will almost certainly be played by Tom Holland and Zendaya, but Holland is said to be "growing wary" of playing the famous superhero, so this could be his last time in the red and blue suit.
The star recently said in an interview that he's grown too dependent on Spider-Man as a "safety blanket."
