Guardians of the Galaxy 3 Hit a Major Box Office Milestone

Even though it is only in its second weekend at the box office, the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe offering has already reached a significant milestone. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 has grossed over 500M billion worldwide. The movie is currently sitting at an estimated $528.8 million, which breaks down to $213.2 million domestically and $315.6 million internationally. This number places the Marvel threequel in the position of being the second largest Hollywood release of the year so far. Additionally, the movie is getting very close to surpassing the total amount of money that the first Guardians of the Galaxy film made overseas.
