Superman Legacy Reportedly already eyeing Potential Actors
According to Grace Randolph, a movie insider, a casting notice for the upcoming reboot film Superman: Legacy has been sent out to talent agencies. The reboot film is looking for actors in their early 20s to play the roles of Clark Kent, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen. James Gunn, co-CEO of DC Studios, responded to a fan who asked if the rumor was true by stating that it was "untrue," while also confirming that they have begun making lists of potential actors for the movie, but that the actual casting process has not yet begun on the project.
When The Hollywood Reporter (THR) stated that Clark Kent would be about 25 years old in Superman Legacy, Gunn provided clarification by saying that the titular hero would only be "younger than in his forties," and that he "might be" a little younger than Batman. THR made this statement in response to Gunn's statement that Superman would only be "younger than in his forties."
