Kathleen Kennedy Stopped Harrsion Ford's Thunderbolts Casting From D23!

If you haven’t heard the news, Marvel Studios’ recast of choice for General Ross to replace William Hurt is Harrison Ford. More news has just dropped, and it seems that Lucasfilm’s President Kathleen Kennedy stopped Marvel from announcing Harrison Ford’s casting in Thunderbolts.

From The Hot Mic podcast, here’s what was said:

"They actually wanted to announce him as a cast member in Thunderbolts at D23. But they didn't because Kathy Kennedy put her foot down and said, 'No, we're going to keep the focus on Indiana Jones 5.'"

You can take this with a huge grain of salt, but it can honestly be the case. I guess time will tell until Harrison Ford is officially announced by Marvel Studios, and I’m all up for it.
