Richie Palmer, the producer of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, suggested the inclusion of Iron Man and The Illuminati in the future film in an interview with Empire.

A Variant of Tony Stark's Iron Man is one of the numerous alleged appearances that “scoopers” have pushed forward since the film was announced.

"I will say that I love The Illuminati. But if we ever introduce The Illuminati in the future, it might be more MCU-driven and have some more ties to our characters in the MCU, versus just replicating what's in the comics.”
