DC Studios Recasting Justice League Actors with DC Shakeup

According to a new report, Warner Bros. (WB) is considering recasting former Justice League actors for the DC Universe.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. and DC Studios are considering recasting the DCEU's current Justice League actors, as well as potentially other actors. This could include recastings for actors like Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, and others.

According to the outlet, the studios' plan "could entail a truly fresh start and [have] no baggage from any previous regimes" that shepherded these superheroic actors into the DCU.

According to sources, the DCU may be forming its own brain trust to help foster a proper interconnected narrative universe for its content. In fact, Peter Safran, co-founder of DC Studios, may have already begun meeting with potential collaborators for this project. According to reports, the former regime, led by Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy, hoped to launch one more Synderverse collaboration. With James Gunn and Safran in charge, that's almost certainly not going to happen.
