A closer inspection reveals that the post is tagged as "Abigail Brand," implying that the Game of Thrones actress is portraying that character in the MCU series.

Abigail Brand was born and raised on the planet Axus[8] to an extraterrestrial father and a woman from Earth, from whom she inherited the X-Gene.[1][7] She also had a half-brother named Lothithanriaxiaxus, who was a green, furry alien and a ne'er-do-well.[9]
