Josh Brolin talks Cable not being in DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE

Cable, played by Josh Brolin, was introduced in Deadpool 2. At first, he was Wade Wilson's (Ryan Reynolds) enemy, but later, the time-traveling fighter joined forces with the Merc With a Mouth and his friends.

Cable's technology from the future let Deadpool go back in time and save Vanessa (Morena Baccarin) and the other X-Force members, so when Marvel Studios announced that a third movie was being made, most people thought that the character would be back.

Cable and Domino, played by Zazie Beetz, could still show up in Deadpool and Wolverine, but neither the trades nor the many online leakers who got a lot of the other cameos right have reported on their appearances.

The Playlist joked with Brolin about the second season of Prime Video's Outer Range that since he's on IMDb as a member of Deadpool and Wolverine's cast, he must be in the movie.
