For weeks now we have seen rumors of CONFIRMED Tobey Maguire returning as Spider-Man and the folks over at JustJared.Com managed to get photos of Tobey going to his costume fitting for Spider-Man 3, this all but confirms the actor has jointed the upcoming Marvel Studios Sequel.
